- real estate (residential and commercial),  leases, transfers, mortgages, agreements for sale, offers to purchase and surviving joint tenant applications;

- family law including divorce applications, otherwise through the collaborative law process or mediation and Interspousal Contracts;

- estates administration of estates including applications to court for letters probate and letters of administration, wills, powers of attorney and health care directives.
